Polite Provisions bar takeover next Sunday at Pasdeloup Maison Hedoniste in Paris. All proceeds to benefit the French Red Cross. We've been planning this event for sometime, and with last weeks atrocities our first response was to cancel. But after deep conversations with our french counterparts in Paris we've decided to move forward. The goal of any terrorist is to inspire terror and fear, and when we change our behavior in response it only strengthens their efforts. In honor of the victims we will be donating all proceeds to the Red Cross’s victim’s response unit.
